Our call centre helpdesk team offers technical assistance and software support. In the event of unforeseen emergency call-outs, clients have access to a strategically placed nationwide network of qualified engineers, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Individual engineers have instant access to the ID parts ordering system, ensuring speed and efficiency is achieved for every call out. Guaranteed response times are agreed and a detailed report submitted for every site visit. Where necessary, a quotation for immediate work is sent to the client to ensure systems are operating at their optimum performance level.

ID always develops its solutions with the end user in mind. We offer clients appropriate training courses after each installation to ensure that clients are fully conversant with their security system and able to maximise its functionality.
